Property Management

Our property management department is based in our Chiswick office ensuring that all aspects of property management are dealt with efficiently and effectively on our varied residential portfolio. Unlike many of our competitors who tend to be based some distance from their managed properties we are no more than a kilometre away from any property – very useful should we need to visit for management inspections or meet a tradesperson in an emergency.

We are dedicated to looking after clients’ investments by dealing with various issues that arise daily, including emergencies that occur in the evenings or weekends. We also ensure that our clients are informed of any important legislation updates which are regularly introduced into the lettings industry. In addition, tenants receive practical advice on how to look after the property during their term and to ensure the property is returned in the best state at the end of the tenancy, thus ensuring we are able to minimise any void periods. 
The value of a well-managed property can lead to longer tenancies and avoid yield harming void periods – in this competitive market we are finding many corporate tenants now insist on a fully managed property.

Our Property Management service can be tailored to meet a landlords specific needs giving them the freedom to decide how involved they wish to be, whether the property requires general ongoing maintenance or larger renovation works. Property Management is also available as a standalone service or in conjunction with our lettings service.

We have strong tested relationships with local, skilled contractors who have proven to be valuable assets to our property management service. In addition to repairs and maintenance, we also organise and supervise property renovations ranging from simple redecoration to total refurbishments. Such works can be arranged independently as a “one off” for the purpose of selling or renting your property.
